Ferne E. Maulsby, MS, PE, CFM, ENV SP

Project Manager​

 

Ms. Ferne Maulsby, MS, PE, CFM, ENV SP is a Project Manager with Torres & Associates.  She holds an M.S. in Civil / Water Resources Engineering from Rice University and a B.S. in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Texas A&M University. As a Project Manager, Ferne not only brings technical modeling experience (i.e. HEC-RAS 1D/2D, XP-SWMM, EPA-SWMM), but extensive project managerial experience on public and private sector projects in the Harris County, Texas region.  Ferne is highly active in the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Environmental and Water Resources Institute (EWRI) - Houston Branch where she serves as Social Chair.​  She enjoys travelling the world with family and friends, competing in club soccer, and playing with her dogs.
