Dr. Edith Armbula-Mercado is a Transportation Engineer and Pavement Materials Scientist.  Edith brings a combined 12 years of experience from the federal, state, and private sectors (U.S. Federal Highway Administration, Texas A&M Transportation Institute, and Applied Research Associates).  Her specialty lies in flexible pavement and recyclable materials, and Transportation Asset Management.
