Dr. Lufthansa Kanta’s general industry experience spans more than 8 years and includes dynamic 1D unsteady and advanced 1D/2D floodplain modeling.  Dr. Kanta’s skills entail use of HEC modeling packages and MIKE software by DHI.  She is a skilled hydrologist and subject matter expert, specifically in applications of flood damage assessments, watershed studies, modeling of dynamic reservoir operations, and storm sewer modeling using InfoWorks ICM.
